Exceptional Customer Service
Last year, I went to the dealership and tried to check out an 08/09 Odyssey and Mr. Edgar Garcia happened to be there. He and other dealers professionally welcomed me and my family. Mr. Garcia also explained and showed every possible detail about the car (payment, incentives and etc) I was interested in buying. After that, although I held off on purchasing the vehicle, I've spoken with him on the phone and asked him numerous questions several times; he was still very eager to answer all of them like I am a new customer. Even though I didn't purchase my vehicle from Steve Hopkins Honda, I would say they have the exceptional customer service in Fairfield/Vacaville area for their excellent vehicles. Too bad, I got my vehicle from another dealership that didn't really satisfy my needs. I should have bought my vehicle from them. Thank you, Edgar, for your patience and for being very helpful.

I just purchased a Civic LX at Steve Hopkins Honda. I’m extremely impressed by their friendly and professional service. The sales manager Edgar Garcia responded to my internet quote quickly. I have shopped around and most dealers became arrogant and started to raise the price when they heard that you will trade in a clunker. But at Steve Hopkins, there are no tricks, no any hidden costs. Edgar gave me the direction to their dealership. He showed me the car and took me to the test drive. Then we went over the paper work and owner’s manual. Two hours later, I drove a new car home. I really like his considering and personal service. It makes my purchasing experience quick and easy. I want to show my appreciation to Edgar Garcia. Great Experience With Staff
I wanted to express that not only are my husband and I extremely happy with our 2009 Honda 4WD CR-V LX, but also with the very pleasant experience we had with the staff at Steve Hopkins Honda. Working with Ricky (Sales Manager), Matt Lipps and Greg in Finance all proved to be a very positive experience. Ricky was not only so much fun to negotiate with, but was very personable and accomodating in locating a car from another dealer in the color that we wanted even though it was not available in their lot. I felt very at home in our interactions with him, even though this was the first time we had worked with him. Matt was very accommodating with our needs as well and so pleasant to work with. Greg was so much fun and really made us feel like we were working with "Santa Clause". All in all, a wonderful experience! In an environment where purchasing a new car can be so overwhelming, these 3 individuals made it so much fun, and we would love the opportunity to work with them again should we need another vechile in the future! We would definitely want to bring more of our friends and family to Steve Hopkins Honda who are looking for a new car from our experience working with their staff. Thanks again Ricky, Matt and Greg!

Great Buying Experiences
My wife and I recently purchased two new vehicles from Hopkins Honda in Fairfield. my wife bought the 2008 Pilot and I bought the 2008 Accord. We dealt with Roland Salas who was exceptional! There were no suede shoe tactics whatsoever. The process was truly one of Roland providing honest, accurate information and allowing us to make our own decisions. Once we purchased the vehicles, Roland went through every detail of the vehicles features to ensure that we knew how to operate everything...We had never experienced that with any other car salesman. In addition, both Roland and his Sales manager, John Vogelpohl, called a few days later to see how we liked our new vehicles and to personally thank us for our business..That was very much appreciated!
